hello fellow pals

since at least two of you said u gaf if I post ab this I am starting it now

the first thing I want u to know is that this is a special interest of mine and a passion

I am a kitchen witch

ok so

lesson #1 flavor is created in layers

have u ever bitten into a food and had to close ur eyes to fully experience the flavor and texture combinations that take u to another dimension? u cannot achieve this by only seasoning at the end of the dish

u must think of each action through the entire process and how u can inject flavor step by step

it begins with choosing the right ingredients, and honoring each one in their true form. hard to explain in writing but ill work on it.

more to come.

hi new kitchen tip

keep ur knives sharp they are so dangerous when they are not

-

get all ur stuff ready before you start cooking, read recipes all the way through carefully before you try to make it for the first time

make sure you keep everything clean and don't cross contaminate

don't thaw stuff in warm or hot water that breeds bacteria and ur gonna get everyone sick bro

hi guys I haven't gave any kitchen tips in a long time because I haven't really been cooking a lot tbh. I need to get back to it. recently ive. been kind of obsessed with sandwiches though. I like to make them out of Hawaiian rolls with muenster and buffalo style deli sliced chicken & a little mayo. they are spicy and sweet and the cheese has a great texture if u put two squares on each little sandwich. ok I think my tip about that is that texture and ratios are really important in cooking.
